My Story
I am passionate about using the power of food as medicine to support your body as nature intended.

Blessed with an Italian mother, food was my Nonna's love language. She had the biggest back-yard veggie patch and spent many hours nurturing it, swapping her produce with local Italians, and cooking up a storm to feed her visitors. She picked and planted under the guidance of the moon cycle, seemingly attuned to the healing nature of food before the science published it.

I've always loved food and learned what not eating enough nutritious food, or eating too much of the wrong types can do to your body.

I played many sports during my youth, including cricket, gymnastics, AFL, tennis, soccer, netball (to name a few).

After becoming a mother of three, I embraced new challenges like running, obstacle courses, figure sculpting and boxing - all of which led to experimenting and researching optimal nutrition to fuel these events.

Having personally experienced the nutritional demands of these athletic pursuits, I not only comprehend the unique dietary needs but also empathise with the potential obstacles my clients might face.
Now, as a parent of teenagers, I bring an enriched understanding of navigating dietary and lifestyle choices, offering valuable insights and practical tips tailored to different life stages.
