I may suggest specific tests to thoroughly investigate your current state of health. This can range from a stool test to look at your gut microbiome, a blood test to check your thyroid function or food sensitivities, a urine test to check your cortisol patterns, or a hair tissue mineral analysis to check for heavy metal toxicity. We can even obtain a comprehensive DNA analysis to tailor a nutrition and lifestyle plan based on your genetic makeup! *Prices vary depending on the test requested and will be discussed as an add-on to your initial or follow up appointment.
